The care my Mom, Jean Brown, received at your facility was outstanding in all aspects. During her two week stay every staff member, even those not assigned to her daily care, greeted her and promptly responded to her and addressed her needs. The frequent staff interaction and posting of her daily schedule kept her motivated and focused. Your staff and physicians communicated frequently with her and each other as they carefully coordinated her care and monitored her progress.

Jackie Jarabek blended expertise, compassion and humor, keeping my Mom challenged, encouraged and in good spirits. Nastasha's energy, enthusiasm and attention bridged the "black hole" patients often fall into at night. The interior and exterior of your facility was clean, well maintained and my Mom enjoyed the blooming flowers on our wheel-chair laps. Drs. Barnes and Alo were attentive and available, answering each question patiently. Carrie deftly facilitated discharge planning, equipment and prescriptions ensuring my Mom could leave at 5 a.m. rather than noon.

As a physician I was impressed with her clear care plan, the attentiveness to all aspects of her well being, the quality and caring attention of staff, the level of physician oversight and availability, and the comfort and cleanliness of your facility.

As a patient my Mom was impressed that the "nice lady that dresses so well and greets me by name at breakfast" is the CEO.
